location, room, bathroom. shower was excellent. gardens were lovely. balcony was nice? breakfast.staff in the restaurant were very nice, especially Kapil, afshana and sabhya.

The breakfast was very good, lot of options available. The room was fairly priced. The location is very good, walkable from the Calungute beach.

It's a very nice hotel near the main Calangute street. The hotel staff is very king and frendly. The most of the hotel personal could speak in Russian.
